Some early concept scribbles for our upcoming new collection.
The VANDEYK Road Bike Prototype shown on the booth of Shocker Distribution / ENVE Composites at Eurobike 2011. Stainless Steel Frame and fully integrated wiring for Shimano Di2. Painted in the Nightstream collection design.
1. Ground coated frame. Logo template is applied, will be remoced after final paint layer to achieve immersed / "debossed" logo in white colour.
2. A full paint layer for every colour of the design is applied. After painting of a layer, the stripes of the design are masked (orange masking tape) to be removed later.
3. Unveiling the colours and final inspection in standardized light before matt clear coat layer.
